Contingent Recruiting - In a contingency search agreement we provide our client companies with recruiting services in the search, screening, pre-interviewing, reference checking and placement of candidates with the client company. The placement fee is only paid by the company when our candidate has been offered the job, accepts the offer and starts the job.
Retained Search Agreement - There are many circumstances when a client company has a very difficult search assignment with high urgency, or a very confidential replacement both of which require the highest level of focus and effort to fill the position in a timely manner. In a retained search agreement our client companies retain our services in an advanced payment of one third of the placement fee upon assignment. A second payment of one third is paid by the client company upon receiving three qualified, pre-screened candidates. The final payment of one third of the fee is paid upon the selected candidate’s acceptance of the job offer and start date.
On-Site Project Recruiting - Our on-site recruiting services offer our client companies on-site presence in high priority cases which may include new start-up plants, corporate headquarter relocations, or situations in which a high volume of new employees is needed. This service allows us to come on-site and be the internal branch of your human resources staffing department. On-site services are agreed upon by either an hourly rate or a project proposal.
